In a Facebook post, Roswell police said, “Be on the lookout: missing spaceship.” Earlier this year a blizzard knocked the model from its display on the side of the museum’s building, and it was being stored under a awning in an alley behind the museum. Officials say the model was stolen at approximately 3:30am on Saturday. Surveillance footage shows a red pickup driving into the alley and three people loading the spaceship into the truck bed before driving off. Police are urging people to be on the lookout of a spaceship that looks out of place in Roswell.
