Festival of Korea’s ancient palaces begins on Saturday

A festival celebrating South Korea’s ancient Joseon palaces is set to begin on Saturday. The week-long Royal Culture Festival will see Seoul’s four main royal palaces hosting special events, such as a special evening tour of Changdeokgung Palace and a reenactment of a day in a royal kitchen. Palaces will host storytelling and period performances, special cafes will be set up at several locations and media installations will be shown across the city. Read more: koreaherald.com
