Experts fire replica cannon from Vasa warship

Two hundred people were invited to watch the firing of a replica cannon from Sweden's most famous warship on Wednesday. The Vasa sank off Stockholm just 1300m into its maiden voyage in 1628, and experts from the city’s Vasa Museum have painstakingly recreated one of the ship's cannons in an attempt to better understand the military capabilities of the time.
