Critics slam redevelopment of Nazi holiday complex

A vast holiday complex built by the Nazis on the German island of Rügen on the Baltic sea is being redeveloped into luxury holiday apartments and an upmarket hotel and spa. Opponents have criticised the plans, saying it is effectively 'fulfilling the Third Reich’s initial plan' to create a huge tourist hub in the area and are questioning the ethics of 'cashing in' on a Nazi vision.
