A Halloween display at a home in an Ottawa suburb drew attention from cops on Saturday.
The display depicted a car crash, complete with an overturned car. The car, purchased from a junkyard, was placed at the edge of the homeowner’s property. The display served as a reminder not to text and drive, the homeowner said. The police say the display was a safety risk and had to be removed from the road.
