China considers hyperloop between Beijing and Shanghai

China has announced it is considering plans to build a hyperloop service between its two major cities, Beijing and Shanghai.

Hyperloop is a conceptual high-speed underground tube that propels passengers at the speed of sound. If successfully built, the hyperloop would reduce travel time between the two cities, 1500km apart, to just one hour – half the time that flights currently take. Read more: traveldailymedia.com
