Chattahoochee Hills festival ends in soggy misery for thousands
The TomorrowWorld music festival ended in soggy despair for the thousands of attendees who were left stranded after rain made the roads impassable at the Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia venue.
The appalling conditions meant that the 3000 or so Uber cabs and shuttles laid on for concertgoers were unable to reach them and many fans spent the night walking miles in wet, muddy conditions looking for transportation out of the forest. Some simply gave up and slept on the ground, exhausted from trying to find their way home. Organizers of the festival have said refunds will be issued for Sunday ticket holders.
