Casino resort in Russian Far East to open this year

A special gambling zone said to rival Las Vegas and Macau should open near the city of Vladivostok in the Russian Far East in 2015. The 620-hectare resort will have its own beaches, marina with a yacht club, and a ski area, and is expected to attract wealthy tourists from from China, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea.
