Hotels are hiking their prices dramatically over the Rugby World Cup, which takes place in England and Wales between 18 September and 31 October.
The biggest increase is in Cardiff, where a room which cost £85 in a year ago rises to £1081 on the night of a quarter-final game at the city’s Millenium Stadium. Prices in cities hosting games across the UK are rising by an average of 184%, according to the survey.
