Dubai’s roads may be famous for hair-raising speeds and aggressive tailgating, but a new device might be about to put a stop to all that and improve safety on the roads. Dubai’s taxis will be fitted with a ‘Back Off Radio’ which will broadcast a message through the car’s speakers if it is getting too close to the vehicle in front. The sensors will be activated once the car has reached a speed of 60mph. Read more: thenational.ae
