Adelaide targets India with Cricket World Cup YouTube campaign

South Australia tourism has turned to YouTube to showcase its tourism assets to Indian travellers planning to visit Australia as part of the Cricket World Cup in 2015. In the first of the short films cricketer Ajay Jadeja and his son are seen enjoying themselves in Adelaide, Kangaroo Island and the Barossa Valley. The deputy premier John Rau acknowledged the popularity of YouTube in India and said, ‘There is huge potential to showcase our state through the online medium and these films are designed to tap into that potential.’
