We offer making the Rio de las Vueltas RAFTING tour, The Full Day Program starts with the picking up at the Calafate Hotels at 7.30 a.m, then the trip (220km) to El Chaltén arriving at about 10.30 a.m to the meeting point, where our guides receive us, give each passenger the box lunch and show possible paths for short-term to do on their own. At 2.30 p.m, passenger reunited for start with the activity of Rafting, visitors are given the necessary rafting equipment and they are taken with our guides to the river side where they receive information about rafting techniques and safety measures. The first 6Km have calm and quiet water with the Fitz Roy at your back, ideal to get in touch with the river and practice the techniques that are going to be used later. Afterwards, we go over a deep ravine where we are able to enjoy a series of rapids for 9 Km. The speed ok the river keeps you alert up to the last Kilometer where we return to calm water. Return to El Calafate approximately 9.30 p.m
