Situated in an atmospheric old quarter this new hotel has tatty rooms at a price you can't knock. This place is more accustomed to foreigners and their strange habits than the Palace Seiyum and is therefore a little more welcoming.
Don't be put off by the prison-cell doors, because the rooms are pretty pleasing. Some come with tiny balconies and larger than normal bathrooms.
