Indianapolis International Airport is 11km (7mi) southwest of town. The No 8 Washington bus runs between the airport and downtown, or there are cabs available.
The Greyhound station (350 S Illinois St) has several buses daily to and from Cincinnati and Chicago.
You can catch a train at the Amtrak terminal (inside the bus station) to and from Chicago, Cincinnati and Washington, DC.
Avis, Hertz and other rental agencies have offices at the airport and around town. Otherwise, Yellow Cab can cover your automobile requirements.
IndyGo runs the local buses, but note that not many buses run on weekends.
