There is a train station in Zevenbergen, connecting the Moerdijk municipality with Rotterdam, The Hague and Amsterdam to the north and Roosendaal to the south. Alternatively, you could take a bus from Breda (line 118 to Moerdijk, or line 117 which takes you through Zevenbergen, Klundert and Fijnaart). If you're driving, take the A16 (then A17) or the A29 south from Rotterdam; the A16 (then A17) north of Breda; or the A17 north of Roosendaal.
The separate parts of Moerdijk municipality are small enough to cover the centres on foot. To get from one part to another, there are several bus services, eg line 117 from Zevenbergen to Fijnaart via Klundert. There's a taxi stand at Zevenbergen train station.
