In a mostly hot and dry climate, December to March on the Atlantic coast provide the nicest conditions. Daytime temperatures hover in the mid-20s°C (high-70s°F) with great regularity and the sky is invariably blue. Note that it can get quite cool at night, especially in the desert. From June to October it's very hot all the time, but bearable for brief visits. Never go between March and May unless a constant blast of sand and hot wind is high on your list of priorities.
In a mostly hot and dry climate, December to March on the Atlantic coast provide the nicest conditions. The mercury usually stops around 30°C (86°F) during these months and the humidity is that little bit lower than the rest of the year so things don't get too stuffy. Moving inland closer to the Sahara simply trades the humidity for higher temperatures and no sea breeze to offset it.
