   Greedy Cardiff couldn't stop at one new stadium – this 26,800-seater opened in 2009. It's home to both the Cardiff Blues (www.cardiffblues.com), Wales' most star-studded professional rugby union club, and Cardiff City Football Club (www.cardiffcityfc.co.uk). Local football fans still hark back to 1927 when the Bluebirds took the English FA Cup out of England for the first (and only) time – Welsh football's equivalent of Owain Glyndŵr's rebellion. They now play in the Championship League. From Castle St head west along Cowbridge Rd East and Wellington St, turn left onto Leckwith Rd and look for the stadium on your left.
