Itinerary

Days 1-2 Hanoi
With a vibrant Old Quarter to explore, delicious food to discover and a city where ancient meets modern with ease, no wonder Hanoi is a favourite with travellers.
Day 3 Mai Chau
Misty mountains, emerald green rice paddies, stilted houses and smiling hilltribe locals inhabit the delightful town of Mai Chau, a slice of rural paradise.
Day 4 Ninh Binh
Ninh Binh is picture-perfect Vietnam - lush green fields, towering limestone mountains, tranquil waterways, charming historic sites and friendly locals.
Day 5 Ninh Binh/overnight train
From Ninh Binh, explore Tam Coc and ancient Hoa Lu. Settle in on an overnight train to Hue.
Day 6 Hue
As the former imperial capital of Vietnam, Hue holds the treasures of Vietnam's royal past and is a curious mix of bustling streets and tranquil settings.
Days 7-8 Hoi An
With lantern-lit streets, vibrant markets, skilled tailors, artisan shops, ancient houses, colourful temples and beautiful smiles, Hoi An is a Vietnamese wonderland.
Day 9 Quy Nhon
Sitting on the Vietnamese coast, Quy Nhon has great beaches, mouth-watering cuisine, few tourists and a relaxed pace of life.
Days 10-11 Nha Trang
Nha Trang is a charming town on Vietnam's southeast coast with pristine beaches, consistently good weather, a vibrant nightlife and excellent diving.

With an appealing Swiss-French feel, along with pleasant lakes, palaces, flower gardens and pagodas, Dalat is often called the 'city of eternal spring' for its temperate climate.
Day 13 Ke Ga
Make the journey to Bao Dai's regal summer palace before discovering the wacky and weird architecture of Hang Nga Crazy House. Echoing Gauldi's unconventional designs, and described as a 'fairytale house', explore the twisted tree roots, cave shaped hallways and animal themed rooms of this surreal guesthouse. Pedal to Ke Ga, another delightful seaside village.
Days 14-15 Ho Chi Minh City
Formerly known as Saigon, Ho Chi Minh City is an exciting and dynamic city brimming with street vendors, cyclos, temples, shops and colonial architecture.
