The sculpted garden here is indeed quite Zen, with fountains, streams and pools. Popular with Vietnamese high-rollers looking for seafood or suckling pig.

    Really lousy service and trying to rob you

    As ZEN was recommended in Lonely Planet 2009 we went there. Some people sad it's OK ... it wasn't.
    The restaurant looks modern, fancy style. Some of the waiters speaks quite good English. The menu is in English as well.
    Our experience is: we ordered spicy calamari with salad and pork ribs with pommes frites. They brought us salad and pommes frites. After a loooong time they brought calamari and then all waiters DISAPPEARED! There were no waiters in the restauarant for 40 minutes! They were watching some football match and we were waiting ... After 40 minutes the chief waiter came so we asked where our pork was. Well, he went to the kitchen and found that they didn't have any pork that day! So he appologized but didn't give us any discount and when he brought us the bill we found there was a meal that we didn't have!
    After all - the food was average (you can find better food on the night market). Service less than lousy. Price higher than in Hilton!!! Hell, their prices are 5 times higher than on the night market and 3 times higher than in other restaurants in the town.
    When asked other tourists later on, they said they had similar experience ...
