    I am extremely disappointed...

    Hello there ^^. If you are visiting Vietnam, especially Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon), I would recommend that you go shop anywhere else but here. I am a Vietnamese American that speaks a total of six languages. I have been to Vietnam many times in my life, and this is the first time I ever felt so cheated. Maybe it's just this particular Co.op Mart, maybe not. The customer service was horrible, sure, you might be having a bad day, but please be professional and don't you dare take it out on me. Not only did my cashier had a bad attitude, she gave the wrong change and it only got worse when I tried to get back the proper change. My mother, who went along with me on this trip, was planning on buying quite a big load. Please note that Vietnamese is her first language and she is an elder, because of our culture, elders are actually given more respect. They were extremely disrespectful. They gave her the wrong products which she had to go back and get the proper ones (because she buys in bulk), not only that, they tore off the gifts on the products. Then when she went check out, they flagged the wrong price. The original price was around thirty thousand VND, but due to a "promotion", the store lowered the price to around twenty thousand VND. True the difference is around fifty cents U.S., and it is honestly not a big deal until my mother tried to correct them, and she even showed them the sign that stated the brand and type as well as size applicable. It matched, but the cashier and another worker argued. My mother left the store without buying anything. Not only was she disrespected, she was cheated. I am sorry to say that I will not be visiting this mart again. Hopefully this review helped you with your decision. Have a nice day.
