Run by a friendly Cao Dai family, this is in a very ‘local’ part of Pham Ngu Lao near Thai Binh Market. The food is delicious and cheap, plus there’s an English menu.

    perfect for a budget

    Nothing to speak of for decor, but as for food and drink, it's excellent and very cheap.
