Smart, impressive (and expensive) restaurant opposite the Metropole that’s popular with Western businesspeople and embassy staff on generous expense accounts. The set lunch buffet (US$9.50) in the deli offers good value, and features imported salmon and cured meats plus a smattering of seafood.
