Lonely Planet review for Le Petit Bruxelles
Brussels-style brassiere occupying a fine old colonial mansion and its shady courtyard. The set-lunch deal is superb value, but venture à la carte and you’ll find mussels, frites and plenty of classic European fare. This is a favoured meeting place for French expats.

expensive for very medium quality food
mfitzsimons does not recommend this,
We had lunch in this restaurant and were not at all impressed. It offers a specifically European menu and we were expecting something special for the prices charged. We had cooked cracb which was not particularly tasty and one of us had an elastic band in his main dish (chicken with honey sauce) which he almost choked on. We informed the owner about this but he refused to believe that it was in the dish but must have fallen into it (from where he did not say!). I would not recommend eating here for the price the very medium quality of the food, and the owner's reluctance to take any responsibility for problems with the food.
