Lonely Planet review for Highlands Opera

The classy Highlands chain’s most elegant cafe; this branch is situated right next to the fabulously grand presence of the Opera House. Pasta and sandwiches are served but Highlands is best for just a cappuccino and a slab of cake. It’s an open-air affair, so not the best place on a chilly January morning.
