Trip in Uzbekistan made very pleasant by Advantour

Advantour picked our own design for a three week trip to Uzbekistan and improved it by their own unique knowledge. We had a great period with knowledgeable guides female and of all ages( 23-73) in every town we visited: Nukus (Museum!), Khiva, Bukhara, Samarkand, Shakhrisabz, Termez, Samarkand, Fergana valley. Also the drivers were very friendly and driving at the right pace, never too fast. Sevara was a great help in the preparation with very fast reactions on e-mails and a perfect pile of tickets including for the National Ballet.

Our recent trip to Uzbekistan with the help of Advantour was all we had hoped for - well organized, flexible and the highest standard of service from all that we came in contact with. There was not one hitch with any of the paperwork needed and at no stage did we feel compromised.
Drivers were the kindest and most considerate people who looked after all our needs - always with a smile and a kind word. The guides were truly impressive - the extend of their knowledge, their local knowledge, the languages they speak and as with the drivers, there was nothing too much to ask. They were flexible and sensitive to our needs from a traveling perspective and know all the best places to eat!
Lastly our contact in the office was a young man named Shukhrat who patiently dealt with all the questions from the other side of the globe - we have no hesitation in recommending this company and all they stand for to anyone who considers using them. -

We have been totally satisfied with Advantour Travel Agency of Tashkent, and notably with Miss Sevara Izrailbekova, the Advantour’s representative who helped us. She arranged our trip to Urgench, Khiva and Bukhara very efficiently, at a very short notice and to our complete satisfaction, booking planes, hotels and driver. Everything went well so we came back to Advantur for our trip to Ferghana Valley, which was equally easy and pleasant. Miss Izrailbekova is very courteous, friendly and clever, she understood at once our needs and planned in accordance. Costs were reasonable and the experience has been very good value.
We recommend Advantour to everybody, and shall do the same with all our friends who plan to visit Uzbekistan, for their professionalism and capacity of ready answer. And what’s more, for their friendly welcome which contributed to make a success of our trip to Uzbekistan. -

As a lone female British traveller I was a bit apprehensive about organising my trip to Uzbekistan - it;s hard to know who to trust when you know nothing about the area. But my friend recommended Advantour and they took all the stress away. From helping with visa support and hotel bookings to organising a private day tour to Samarkand (for less money than you would expect to pay for a group tour in Europe, I can;t recommend it highly enough!), the staff and service was great from beginning to end. Advantour's representative Sultankhodja was great. The service of all the drivers was excellent, especially the one who picked me up at the airport, who was very friendly and made me feel welcome on my arrival- and they all spoke enough English that I could communicate with them. Also Dennis the tour guide in Samarkand was very very good, I would recommend him for future trips. The way that Sultan organised my transfers was very efficient and totally flexible and I was impressed with the service and value - everything happened right on time with no hitches. I would definitely recommend Advantour to other people who plan to visit Uzbekistan, they helped me have a great time.

We organized the flight to Tashkent ourselves. We booked a flight from Tashkent to Urganch and from there a car plus driver to Khiva, Bukhara and Samarkand by Advantour. Our contact was Mrs. Sevara Izrailbekova, the best Travel Consultant we ever had.
The tour was excellent assembled, perfect organized and operated. The guides were friendly and competent, the driver really nice and supported us in best manner. Uzbekistan is likeable and we recommend it and Advantour to everyone.
We have no criticism - the hotels were western standard, the food good, the people kindly. We had a safe feeling and got a lot of interesting impressions at to many sites.

Now that we have returned to the USA, we both wanted to put on record our delight and highest level of satisfaction with your planning and organizing of our almost three weeks travel throughout Uzbekistan. Everything went exactly as you planned our private tour with excellent hotel experiences, very knowledgeable and interesting local guides and perfect logistics (including the flight from Tashkent to Nukus) every step of the way. Your responsiveness, understanding of our interests and flexibility were all outstanding.
Some highlights for us that may be useful for planning for other travelers included:1. The fascinating Madrassa-hotel we stayed at in Khiva. Great location, atmosphere and all facilities
2. The Savitsky Art Museum in Nukus. This is indeed a unique cultural heritage
3. The road trip (with a well-informed driver) to Nukus
4. Our superb guide Sadia, in Khiva (Khiva was all together an excellent experience)5. Our superb guide Bekhruz, in Bukhara. He really had insights to offer and was very knowledgeable.
6. The pleasant visits to the petroglyphs and Gorge which, along with all the other road travel, gave us some glimpse of life outside the cities. Our driver Amin, was a very good guide and quite helpful with logistics and his good English
7. Our local guide Valentina, in Samarkand was also very well informed and most helpful8. Throughout, people were kind and helpful, making this trip all-the-more memorable. We particularly enjoyed wandering through the various markets and interacting with people

It was a pleasure planning my trip with Advantour and Sultankhodja. Sultankhodja was very responsive and helpful through the whole process. My travel partner had missed a flight connection and had to arrive several days later than planned. Sultankhodja responded swiftly and was able to rearrange the travel plans and connections within a matter of hours. He was a pleasure to deal with, very professional and courteous. I Highly recommend Advantour for your travel plans to Uzbekistan.
