As unexpected as…well, a hip, artsy coffee shop in the middle of a very local strip of churches, funeral homes and Caribbean takeouts, Domku is a gem. The interior is like Ikea on good drugs, and the food is an intriguing execution on Polish, Norwegian and Russian fare; ‘gypsy sandwiches, ’ poached eggs topped with caviar and pancakes baked on clouds dappled with lavender compote.
