Red Rocks has been voted best pizza in the city in a glut of DC publications since its opening. That’s testament to the unswerving excellence of their irregularly shaped, brick-fired pies, all of which feel like they were individually crafted – because they have been. You’re not gonna be shocked by any of the ingredients, except when it comes to their quality, which is impeccable: screamingly fresh basil and flour, tomatoes and cheese all imported from Italy.
