Lonely Planet review for Eamonn’s Dublin Chipper

Right; we know it’s a ‘Dublin’ chipper, but it serves fish and chips and we say that’s British cuisine. And you’ll find no better execution of the genre than at this upscale temple to battered and fried potato. How authentic is it? Folks: they import the mushy peas and deep-fried Mars Bars (and Milky Way and Snickers!) on request. Like many resto-pubs in this part of Old Town, Eamonn’s is a good place for a drink on weekend nights.
