Mitsitam Native Foods Cafe information
By far the most unique food on the Mall, the Mitsitam introduces visitors to the Native American cuisine of five different regions, including the northwest coast (such as cedar-planked wild salmon), Great Plains (buffalo chili) and northern woodlands (maple-brined turkey and wild rice). Menus rotate seasonally, and mixed among the tourists are scads of local office workers seeking a quality lunch.
