One of the most affordable options near the Mall, the aging, family-run Harrington has small, basic rooms that are clean but in definite need of an update. Helpful service and a prime location make it a great value for travelers who don’t mind roughing it a bit. It’s a popular crash pad for school groups, budget-minded families and international guests.
