I'm planning a trip this July with my soon-to-be college grad daughter up the coast of Maine and then New Brunswick, PEI, and Cape Breton Island. It all begins w/ a family reunion in York. Coming from WA state so we plan to fly out (I've been told that Portland is the closest airport?) and rent a car. I've never been to the NE so any advice would be welcome! Also, where is good in New England to visit with good activities/ beaches? We were looking at…

So I'm an Aussie exchange student studying in Washington! As a celebration of my freedom on spring break I want to organize a road trip to Yellowstone. I should have around 2 weeks for a round trip. Wondering if anybody has recommends about travelling the best route, (would love to make it as cheap as possible) any car hire companies and possible stops and sights along the way! I don't mind detours if it includes beautiful parts of the great outdoors! How many days do you think is…
