Two blocks north of the town green, this grand white Federal mansion (1814) is surrounded by fine formal lawns and gardens. Luxurious standard rooms in the main house and adjacent carriage house are supplemented by suites that have fireplaces, sitting areas and Jacuzzis. Other welcome luxuries include a steam room and sauna, a cozy pub, a library and a sun porch.
