BEWARE OF PURCHASING GROUPONS FOR THIS COMPANY!! I have tried two times, unsuccessfully, to use them and was first told they don't make reservations for Groupon users (although there is no such limitation on the Groupon itself) and then just yesterday they called me at 3:55 to cancel a 4:15 reservation I made for 8 (6 of whom were from out of town and leaving this morning). The reason they said they were cancelling was because they hadn't realized that the clocks were getting set back an hour and it would be too dark to take the horses out. We were just around the corner and when we got there a few minutes later we found them telling another customer (who, incidentally, also happened to have a Groupon) that they were sorry but they couldn't take them out because they had forgotten they had scheduled a private party for 4:15. Clearly they were prevaricating to one of us. We are locals and have out of town visitors often and I always enjoy taking them on a carriage tour. How unfortunate that, instead of treating us with professionalism, acknowledging their error and giving us the dignity of telling us the truth, they offered little more than "we don't know what the Groupon says as to reservations..." I will never schedule another tour with this company and have asked Groupon for a refund.
