Lonely Planet review
Built in 1913, this titanic arts-and-crafts-style stone lodge clings to the side of the mountain like the castle of a goblin king. Inside is a mini-village of 510 richly appointed rooms, four restaurants, numerous shops and an underground grotto of a spa, complete with stone pools and an indoor waterfall.
Our independent authors have visited Grove Park Inn Resort & Spa and selected this as one of our recommended accommodation in Asheville.
