Here, a hip, stylish clientele lounges beneath blown-glass chandeliers sipping mojitos and nibbling fabulous New Latin cuisine. Eat at the bar between 16:00 and 19:00, when small plates like smoky-pork sofrito (a Puerto Rican sweet-pepper sauce) on cloudlike corncakes are half off.
