The real way to see the Riverwalk is through margarita- (or mojito-, or martini-) colored glasses. Start with a slightly sweet prickly-pear margarita (yes, there's cactus-flower nectar in it) at Boudro's. From there, can you track down the three other establishments that serve a prickly pear? Or which place offers the 42oz margarita? The horni margarita? After you walk back to your hotel responsibly, let us know which you think was the best, you can wait till you've recovered, of course.
