    Happy Hour Mavens

    While the food is fair and the margaritas adequate, the point of going to Tila's is to hang out on the spacious pation whether in spring summer or fall (gas space heaters provide needed warmth on cold afternoons) for their renowned Happy Hour. Bring along a large group to make the most of the occasion and check out this gem nestled in a corner off West Gray and Shepherd.
