Lady in Dallas
Blog: A Lady in London - 8 March 2011
Dallas has a car culture. On my first visit to the city, I refused to give into it, opting instead for public transport. I had a good time on my self-guided Dallas sightseeing tour, but it didn’t take me long to realize that the city was spread out enough that having a car would have [...]

Lady in the Lone Star State
Blog: A Lady in London - 17 February 2011
I’ve never been to Texas. Despite having traveled to almost 75 countries, I have only been to around 25 U.S. states. It’s a little embarrassing. So when I booked my trip to Chile in November I decided to choose flights that would give me a couple of long layovers in a city and state I [...]

An Arkansawyer visits the Texas State Fair.
Blog: Tie Dye Travels - 14 October 2010
I love the fair. I’ve been going to the Arkansas State Fair almost every single year since I was very, very small. I dig on county fairs and festivals as small as the little affairs in the park to the Ozark Empire Fair.

76-Second Travel Show: ‘Airline logo awards’
Blog: Lonely Planet blog - 12 May 2010

Waiting for flights [...]

A quick update
Blog: The Corny Traveler's Chronicles - 3 March 2010
I am back in India, had a great time in USA (went to Richmond, DC, Dallas - missed out on NYC! Damn!). There's so much to write about, but before that .. the 316 unread items on my google reader are a scary prospect to work on.. Lets see.. (Maybe I'll utilize the jetlag to my advantage ;-) ) Anyway, this was supposed to be a quick-update-that-you-blink-and-might-miss, and will stay that way. Except that I'll also post one of my favorite photographs from my recent travels. More about this later - though I think its pretty easy to guess the teams! :) See you soon!
