Since its opening in 2007, Graham's has consistently been voted one of the best restaurants in Taos. It serves honest, creative food in hip retro-mod environs – think lime-green walls, purple lightbulbs and starched white tablecloths. There's a nice patio out back. The menu features lots of sandwiches and salads, plus seafoods, pasta and an apple-chile-brined pork tenderloin. Yum!
