Paseo has achieved legendary status throughout Seattle for its Cuban sandwiches, particularly the roasted pork shoulder, and its Caribbean rice bowls. Most likely you’ll have to wait in line; the secret is to call ahead and place an order to go. (If the weather’s nice, take your loot down to Gasworks Park and enjoy the view while you eat.)
