Bizzarro is a really great restaurant.  And the first time I went I didn't like it.  It was night time, and all of the kitch freaked me out a little bit.  I assumed it was all dusty and dirty.  But the food was amazing, so I was willing to try it again.  In the daylight you can clearly see that everything is clean and dust free.  I love the was it has semi-private little nooks that you can get tucked away in, but never forgotten about.  

The staff are friendly and personable and may tease you or tell you a joke, but they are also perfectly professional while doing it.  They also seem to be great at picking a wine by the glass to perfectly compliment your meal.

I don't know much about what goes on in the kitchen.  The pasta may be hand rolled or it may be store bought, but it has always been drool worthy.  The sauces aren't the usual bore fest of Italian fare.  But they're always tasty and hearty and warming and yummy.  

I wouldn't call it budget, but it is a pretty good value for the quality of food.  You could easily spend another $5 a plate for similar Italian food in Seattle.  It's not cheap, but it is delicious.
