From ghost towns and the Grand Canyon to roadside burger joints and the cosmopolitan streets of San Francisco, this region is loaded with the intriguing and the incredible. Day 1 San Francisco
Arrive at any time. Welcome meeting in the evening.
Day 2 San Francisco/Yosemite National Park
See some sights like Fisherman's Wharf and the Golden Gate Bridge on the way out of town. Drive to Yosemite National Park.
Pack the van in the morning and head out on an orientation of one of the greatest cities in the world, San Francisco. Discover some of the most iconic attractions such as bustling Fisherman's Wharf or the stately Golden Gate Bridge. In the afternoon, drive to Yosemite National Park (3 hrs).

Day 3 Yosemite NP/Bishop (summer)/Bakersfield (winter)
Hike (weather permitting) past Yosemite's waterfalls and amongst the giant sequoias while keeping a keen eye out for wildlife. In the summer, travel via the Tioga Pass.
Load the van in the morning and head to the Yosemite Valley. Take short hikes (weather permitting) to majestic waterfalls, clear lakes, beautiful meadows or walk amongst giant sequoias in Yosemite National Park. With a keen eye, you may be lucky enough to spot black bears, deer or coyotes.
Summer itinerary: Surrounded by peaks which soar to over 14,000 feet in elevation, Bishop, one of "America's Coolest Mountain Towns" sits directly in the center of an incredible area of natural beauty. Enjoy secluded natural hot springs where star gazing is amazing. Travel via the Tioga Pass viewing Mono Lake and the Tufa Towers on the way.
Winter itinerary: Drive 4 hrs to Bakersfield for the night.

Day 4 Death Valley/Las Vegas
Visit desolate Death Valley—the hottest, driest and lowest spot on the continent. Carry on to Las Vegas and explore the famous Vegas strip. Opt for a limousine tour or try your luck at the slots.
Depart Bishop (in summer) or Bakersfield (in winter) and visit one of the country's most rugged landscapes, the legendary Death Valley. In the afternoon, drive to Las Vegas, Nevada (2.5 hrs), the 'city of lights'. Explore the famous Vegas Strip and opt for a VIP limo experience.

Day 5 Grand Canyon National Park (1D)
Hike (weather permitting) along the gorge of the Grand Canyon. Opt to take a helicopter tour. Enjoy a sunset dinner at the rim.
Pack the van and head out around 9am and drive to one of the earth's greatest on-going geological spectacles, the Grand Canyon. Take short hikes (weather permitting) at the most spectacular gorge in the world and enjoy a pizza dinner at the rim as you view the stunning sunset. Enjoy a bird's eye view of the Grand Canyon with an optional helicopter flight or watch the greatest IMAX movie around.

Day 6 Laughlin
Take a final morning at this world wonder, then drive Route 66. We'll stop at a traditional burger joint before arriving in Laughlin.
In the morning take a last look back at one of the seven wonders in the world, the Grand Canyon. Around 1pm, head out to get your kicks on Route 66 and stop at the "Snow Cap-Drive In", one of the wackiest, off-beat burger joints around. Day 7 Los Angeles
Enjoy an orientation of Los Angeles. Drive along Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills before spending a night on the town.
Depart Laughlin about 8am and head towards Los Angeles. Capture the Old West spirit in one of the best preserved silver mining towns in Calico, California. In the afternoon, see the stars on the most famous sidewalk in Hollywood on a guided city tour. Drive through Beverly Hills and be fascinated by one of the world's most exclusive three-block district, Rodeo Drive.
