Two blocks from the convention center's overpriced tourist restaurants, hole-in-the-wall Tin caters to SoMa locals with consistently good pho, rice plates and rice-noodle bowls topped with lemongrass chicken, shrimp-and-pork fried spring rolls and other fragrant Vietnamese classics.
