First you'll wait for a table, then you'll wait for your pie - but with romantic candle light, crayons for drawing on your paper tablecloth, and zesty organic salads, there are worthy distractions before the main event. This is the pizza that makes locals smug and visiting Chicagoans and New Yorkers nervous, yet it's a good time had by all.
