St. Vincent Tavern information
Dive into the deep end of the list of 100 bottles under $100 compiled by sommelier/owner David Lynch – if you're not drinking ambitiously, he'll serve you half a bottle of Cep Russian River Pinot Noir Rosé (bet you'll drink the other half). Food isn't an afterthought: bone marrow with smoked Calabrian chili is meant for obscure, earthy Croatian red wines.
Saturday afternoons the cellar is open for tastings and pairings, usually 5–6 tastes for $20–25.
