What a wild-west saloon should be: down an alley flanked by burlesque joints, with dangerously delicious cocktails straight out of a long-lost Tim Burton Gothic western. The Inflorescence is a knockout potion of tequila, chartreuse, lemon, Earl Grey bitters and foamy egg whites, but you'll lose your head over the Anne Boleyn, with gin, Aperol and Lillet Rose.
Happy hour runs 5:00pm to 7:30pm daily, and spiffy, hearty dishes like lamb pot pie and bone marrow fritters are served until 1:30am – but bear in mind bathrooms are limited.
