Golden Gate Municipal Golf Course information
This challenging nine-hole, par-27 course is built on sand dunes, with 100yd drop-offs and 180yd elevated greens. No reservations are taken, but it's busiest before 9am weekdays and after school. On weekend afternoons, bide your time waiting with excellent clubhouse wood-fired BBQ sandwiches (its sauce secret: Anchor Steam beer). Equipment rentals (adult/child $15/6) and practice range available; kids welcome.
