PB denizens of all shapes and colors flock to this mellow, yellow converted 1920s beach house for the magnolia-shaded gardens, the wraparound porch studded with colorful chairs, and eclectic comfort food like Indian tuna curry (limited menu at night) and vegetarian chili. There's local art on the walls and often more being produced right at the tables. Kids will be spoiled by options like grilled cheese with the crusts cut off.

You're all set if you need some wi-fi vibes to go with all the groovy ones here.

    Friendly breakfast cafe

    This is my regular sunday breakfast/brunch destination. I like the easy-going atmosphere there plus the nice garden view. You can enjoy the SoCal sunshine surrounded by beautiful flowers and trees. You will never be alone there as there are birds eagerly waiting for the bread crumbs you offer them or for your left-overs. The place is close to the pacific beach but you do not get a beach view there. It is a relaxing place for a good bagel, sandwich or burrito if you happen to be around in the area. If you are health conscious then you can pick their yummy acai berry mix or fruit bowls. Definitely recommend this place.
