Cooks Fresh Market
- Denver, USA
- Restaurants › Deli
Far and away the best deli Downtown, the attention to quality is obvious in their take-away salads and sandwiches, selection of cheeses and expert pastries. Some gourmet cooking staples and bulk selection complete the picture, making an ideal stop for supplies if you‘re picnicking in the park or heading out of town.
Though mostly for take out, there are a few tables to eat inside and a small sidewalk patio. The partner team running the place, Ed and Kristi Janos, are some of Denver's most highly credentialed chefs.

Butchers Block
- Aspen, USA
- Restaurants › Deli
The depth and breadth of the gourmet spirit of this ski-town deli is striking. Here you'll find gouda, stilton and goats cheese, wild salmon and sashimi-grade ahi, caviar and gourmet olive oil, maple-glazed walnuts, dried mango, incredible deli sandwiches, and terrific roast chicken and salads. It's fair to say that this is the place to get your trail food. It's open until 6pm, but stops making sandwiches at 5pm.

Snarf's
It's claim to have the 'world's finest sandwiches' is certainly a stretch, but we're happy to hand Snarf's the Boulder title. They do meatball subs and French dips, and pile prime rib and corned beef onto French rolls. They have entree salads and foot-long Italian subs too. The long line out the door says it all.
