Pick a type of meat, then choose from 30 different sauces to dip it into. It's a simple concept that works exceedingly well. The melt-in-your mouth quality of the creative dishes - many Asian inspired - makes Vesta one of Denver's favorite restaurants. The atmosphere is relaxed yet funky.
